Ateliers CINIER spent 7 years in research and development to select the Olycal® stone. At the initial stage of production, the stone is crushed and then restructured in the CINIER workshop using a unique, patented process. This allows the heat to radiate at a very high level. For the hydronic model, the heating element is a copper coil (EN442-2 requirements). Manufacturers embed the UL-approved electrical resistance in Olycal® stone at the beginning of the manufacturing process.
